Because we are a non-profit association (frivillig forening), we do not pay taxes.
To preserve this status, we must avoid doing things that would make us a commercial association.
1) We cannot sell merch or workshops to non-members – but we can sell milonga tickets to non-members for up to 50.000DKK pr calendar year.
2) We cannot pay members for doing work for the association
3) The money we earn has to be used for the association’s activities
4) We can receive donations without limits from members or non-members as long as there is no counter service.
